  • Expense & Activity Records: Expenses, income, and payments you record, including amounts, descriptions, splits, and receipt photos you upload.
  • Receipt Images: Photos of receipts you scan for AI-powered expense extraction.
  • Group Membership Data: Member roles and permissions within shared expense groups.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Display your groups, expenses, and balance history
  • Calculate expense splits, balances, and who owes whom
  • Enable group expense sharing and collaboration with invited members
  • Process receipt images with AI to extract expense details
  • Improve the app experience and fix bugs

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Google Cloud Platform infrastructure and Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage. All data transfers are encrypted using TLS/SSL. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google Sign-In & Apple Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to their respective privacy policies.
  • Firebase: For user authentication and crash reporting.

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data
  • Export your group and expense data
